Zintax Consulting is an independent business consultant, tax specialist, and insurance broker licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the Internal Revenue Service to satisfy your needs. Our principal, Francisco Cabreja, has thirty years of business experience as an executive officer managing American International Group’s Caribbean Region and multiple other international business ventures.

Chief Consultant
Francisco Cabreja joined American International Group to service numerous multinational corporations. He became Chief Executive Officer of American International Companies in the Caribbean, responsible for all business lines.
After a long career with A.I.G., Francisco relocated to Miami, Florida, where he established Zintax Consulting in 2008 to offer business entities in Florida his expertise in the insurance field.
In addition to his business accomplishments, Francisco served as the private sector representative in the United Nations International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Was an economic advisor to the governor of the Central Bank in the Dominican Republic, assisting in negotiations with the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the United States Treasury. He organized and chaired the Coconut Grove Quality of Life Coalition in Miami, Florida, defending the community from unjust practices and regulations. He serves as treasurer and board member for Gladeview Christian School and Church ministry. Francisco is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
