Francisco Cabreja is a seasoned insurance executive with over five decades of expertise in the global employee benefits sector. Francisco began his career with American International Group (AIG) in 1974, where he was instrumental in managing the Employee Benefits division in the Western Caribbean. By 1980, his strategic leadership earned him the appointment of chief executive officer for all AIG companies in the Caribbean region.
In 2008, Francisco relocated to Miami, Florida, to establish Zintax Consulting, bringing Fortune 500-level insights to the local business community. Beyond his professional practice, he is a dedicated community advocate who has organized and chaired the Coconut Grove Quality of Life Coalition. Francisco also serves as treasurer and board member for Gladeview Christian School and church ministries. He provides a truly global perspective to his clients, offering consultation in English, Spanish, and French.
