Our President and Founder, Francisco Cabreja,  after completing his academic education, joined American International Group, A.I.G., to become Regional Manager for the Westen Caribbean, responsible for the Employee Benefits Division, providing Group coverage to institutional and Corporate clients such as the United States Department of State, Exxon, Texaco, United Nations and others.  Shortly thereafter he was appointed President and C.E.O. of A.I.G.'s Caribbean American Life and General Financial Group,  integrated by an all lines Insurance Company, a Health Maintenance Organization, and a Pension Administration entity. In the year of 2006 after A.I.G. sold the Caribbean Division, he organized Zintax Consulting LLC, based in Miami, Florida, an insurance broker and consultant to service the South Florida and Latin American markets.

• Organized the integration of four corporate entities with greater capacity for development within the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean’s legislative and regulatory environment and led these to greater levels of growth and profitability.
• Co-Chaired Committee to draft and implement legislation to privatize Social Security in the Dominican Republic. 
• Economic Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic, assisting in negotiations with the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and United States Treasury.
• Private Sector Representative for the Dominican Republic before the United Nation’s International Labor Organization in Geneva Switzerland.
